From time to time I run beginner’s courses, tailored to help complete beginners, or those wanting to return to basics.

My beginner’s courses are taught in small groups, so I can really focus my attention on helping you understand and explore the key principles of yoga. Each session is different.

Yoga for Menopause

This workshop is part of a series of extended classes focusing on different elements and symptoms of menopause. 

Workshops cover: Yoga practice, breath work, discussions, advice and guidance for well being, restorative yoga poses and relaxation – lasting three hours – £36 including refreshments.
