Workplace Wellness
Im a fully qualified and insured yoga teacher able to offer general yoga classes, chair based yoga, breath work and mindfulness sessions as well as yoga for menopause, and restorative yoga in the workplace – in person or virtually.
Yoga can help with stress relief and improve mental health, it can relax and calm as well as energise.
