Sian’s classes are proving to be a definite benefit for my well-being, flexibility and health. 'I have been re-practicing yoga every week now for the last six weeks with Sian and am absolutely delighted with the results.I started this recent course of yoga with an injury. The pain has now gone and I can return to my normal routine of running. Sian's classes are a gentle as you want them to be. The postures are varied and there is a different focus every week.
